Micron Powders

CBN micron powder is derived from high quality monocrystalline CBN through a very strict process of shaping, milling, grading and surface cleaning. CBN products enjoy excellent performance related to thermal stability, chemical stability, abrasion and impact resistance in ferrous metals. CBN micron powder is used primarily in grinding wheels and honing tools to machine hard ferrous work piece materials. These tools are used extensively in the automobile and aircraft industries to produce high precision components. CBN micron powder can also be used in PCBN (Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride) manufacturing.
